The SweetSeat Ticket Fulfillment Process

  • Notify employees of event schedules and ticket availability;
  • Secure the names and contact information for every requested ticket recipient;
  • Obtain approvals from client contact, when necessary;
  • Notify applicants of ticket request approval or denial;
  • Procure additional tickets, as needed;
  • Secure and place food and beverage orders;
  • Reconfirm employee and guest attendance;
  • Distribute tickets (and parking passes, when applicable);
  • Reconfirm food and beverage orders; and
  • Follow-up with each attendee by email.

Tracking and Analysis

After each event, we generate a list of the attendees and their contact information. Clients receive reports on a per-event, monthly, end-of-season and end-of-year basis to assess the return on their investment and as documentation of tax compliance.
Our tracking analytics enable SweetSeat clients to:

  • Have reliable reports of customer and prospect use to assess business value;
  • Be reimbursed for personal use of tickets by employees;
